Is a home value report the same as an appraisal?
No. Your report is a comparative market analysis (CMA): an estimate prepared by a licensed real estate agent from recent nearby sales and current market activity. An appraisal is a separate opinion of value from a licensed appraiser, usually ordered by a lender. Your report is a starting point for planning, not an appraisal or a guarantee of what a buyer will pay.
Does the report cost anything?
No. The home value report is free, and asking for one doesn't commit you to anything. You're welcome to take your number and simply think it over.

What information should I have ready?
