1. Agreement

These Terms of Use govern your use of movewithmac.com (the "site"), operated by Modern Agent Collective Group ("MAC," "we," "us"), a real estate team brokered by eXp Realty, LLC. By using the site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Who we are and our brokerage

MAC is a team of Texas real estate license holders whose real estate brokerage activities are conducted through and supervised by eXp Realty, LLC (TREC License #603392). Janelle Compton, Broker, TREC License #530407. Texas law requires us to provide the TREC Information About Brokerage Services notice and the TREC Consumer Protection Notice.

3. No agency relationship from using the site

Browsing the site, using our calculators, or submitting a form does not create a client, agency, or brokerage relationship. A representation relationship is created only by a written agreement signed by you and our brokerage, as required by Texas law.

4. Information only - not professional advice

Content on the site, including market information, neighborhood guides, and blog posts, is general information. It is not legal, tax, financial, mortgage, or appraisal advice. Talk to a qualified professional about your situation.

5. Estimates, reports, and home values

The Equity Report, Readiness Report, and any home value or comparative market analysis (CMA) are estimates based on the information you enter, stated assumptions, and available market data. They are not an appraisal, not a loan pre-approval or commitment, and not a guarantee of any sale price, rent, payment, or outcome. Example interest rates are illustrations, not quotes; only a lender can tell you what you qualify for.

6. Listing information

Property listing information, where shown, is provided by third-party sources such as the multiple listing service. It is deemed reliable but not guaranteed and may change or become unavailable at any time. Verify all information - including square footage, schools, and taxes - independently.

7. Fair housing

We are committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and Texas fair housing laws. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected class. Neighborhood information on this site describes properties, prices, amenities, commutes, and public data - not the people who live there.

8. Communications

When you submit a form, you agree that we may contact you by email about your request. We will call or text you only if you separately check the optional consent box on a form; that consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us. 9. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the site - for example, by submitting false or someone else's information, sending spam or automated submissions, attempting to access non-public areas without permission, scraping content, or interfering with the site's security or operation.

10. Intellectual property

The MAC name, logo, text, graphics, photos, and videos on the site belong to MAC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without written permission. eXp Realty and its marks belong to eXp Realty, LLC.

11. Links to other sites

We link to sites we do not control (such as TREC, eXp Realty, and social media). We are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MAC and eXp Realty, LLC disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, unless the law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date shows the latest version; continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
